The hotel was in a perfect location very close to the tram station, the train as well as otogar. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was good.

During my xmas stay in a hotel, I loved the food served and the brilliant customer service offered by the staff. the hotel had a great location close to train and main traffic road, making it easier to commute. The spa on the top floor provided a relaxing experience with a great city view from the pool.

Although the staff was friendly, the lack of English speaking personnel caused issues. The loud and inconsiderate guests disturbed my sleep, especially during the night.
